Anne Davis, CTP, President

After spending two years planning activities and trips for the St. Louis Community Schools, Anne decided to start her own business in 1981.  Enlisting the help of her mother, the two worked to grow a successful business focusing predominately on the bank travel market.  Anne is involved in all aspects of the company but particularly enjoys developing exciting, new itineraries and giving travel presentations.  Her vast experience in tourism brings unparalleled knowledge and vision to the company and peace of mind to more than 75 group leaders. These individuals recognize the integrity and financial stability that has been an integral part of the company since its  inception.  Anne holds the designation of Certified Tour Professional and served for five years on the Board of Directors of the National Tour Association.  She enjoys bicycling, hiking and spending time with her four children and four grandchildren. 

Kevin Davis

Kevin Davis, Vice-President

Kevin joined the company in 1999 after working for over 20 years in technology where he held positions in both sales and procurement. Kevin works primarily on  the business side of the company focusing on the company’s financial, insurance and technology requirements.  In addition, Kevin enjoys escorting tours where his sense of humor and desire to meet the needs of the passengers is appreciated by all. Outside of work, Kevin volunteers for the charitable organization World Pediatric Project. Their work brings children to the U.S. and sends teams of doctors abroad to perform life-changing surgeries.  Kevin enjoys studying and practicing Spanish, photography, working out, riding his motorcycle, bicycling, hiking and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

                                Chris Tilley, Operations Manager

Chris joined the company in 2018 after spending 20 years working for large financial services and healthcare companies.  He especially enjoyed his time spent as a client relationship manager where he was able to use his customer service skills to create great client experiences.  Chris has a passion for travel, has traveled extensively, and while earning his master’s degree chose to do his thesis on the changing dynamics of the travel industry.  Chris’ love for travel often prompted him to take time off from his “day job” to serve as tour manager for several Cruises and Tours Worldwide trips, which helped him to realize his true calling.  Outside of work, Chris enjoys exercise (cycling, running, swimming), St. Louis Cardinals baseball, and spending as much time with his wife and two children as he can, preferably outdoors.

Jennifer Eise, Sales & Marketing Manager

Jennifer’s extensive background in the travel industry began with positions at both a major hotel chain and an airline. In the early 1990’s Jennifer joined the company where she served as a Tour Planner and Tour Manager for nearly 10 years. She then took a position as a Bank Travel Club Director for a regional bank and later spent several years as the Marketing/Public Relations Manager for an area hospital. Jennifer eventually returned to the company in the position of Sales and Marketing Manager and has been very successful in helping group leaders build their travel programs and reach their strategic goals. Jennifer and her family live on a Christmas Tree Farm and in her spare time she enjoys creating unique pieces of jewelry that she sells at art fairs.

MaryAnn NewshamMaryAnn Newsham, Travel Coordinator

MaryAnn has been with the company since 1996. She is highly valued and appreciated by everyone in the office due to her extensive knowledge and willingness to help others. There isn’t a tour that departs without MaryAnn’s involvement. She is the “go-to” person for passengers’ special needs, and she also handles all insurance claims. Her caring nature makes her a natural when communicating with passengers and travel club directors. MaryAnn is a mother of five, an avid reader and a talented actor who is involved in community theatre.

Dawn RabeDawn Rabe, Travel Coordinator

After four years of globetrotting as an International Tour Manager, Dawn joined the company in 1998 with a world of experience.  In the office, Dawn’s talents include tour planning and the creation of beautiful fliers and brochures. Dawn thoroughly enjoys getting “out on the road” as a Tour Manager several times each year. Her cheerful personality and careful attention to detail make her a favorite among travel club leaders and passengers alike.  Dawn has visited all 50 states and six continents, missing only Antarctica. In her free time, she likes to take her dog Libby for long walks in the park.  She also enjoys reading, working on projects around her home and spending time with family and friends.

Ashley BrewerAshley Brewer, Travel Coordinator

Ashley joined the company in 2013 and quickly became a valuable member of the team.  After returning home from the Peace Corps in 2004 Ashley became a full time Travel Director with Maritz, and by the age of 26 had visited 29 countries. Since then her experience in the travel industry has included corporate and leisure travel, work for a AAA Five Diamond hotel, and meeting planning. Ashley brings all this experience to her tour planning and loves going out on the road as a tour manager leading our groups. Ashley is an avid runner, having completed many marathons and half marathons. She also enjoys camping, hiking and anything that gets her outdoors.

VIcKI PANNEBECKER, Support Staff

In 1995 Vicki started a bank loyalty club for a local community bank. Escorting tours and ensuring that her customers had a spectacular carefree experience was her passion. During her time as the director, the club grew to several thousand members. After 20 years of traveling, Antarctica is the only continent missing from her travel log and visiting that last continent has become a personal goal. Vicki joined the company in 2015 and graciously assists everyone on the staff, helping with a wide variety of projects including everything from creating fliers to preparing documents. In her spare time Vicki enjoys gardening, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Erin EASON, Cruise team member

Erin joined the company in 2018 after working for ten years in marketing as a freelance graphic designer. Through design, Erin has always strived to put her clients first by creating work that reflects their personal vision. Erin carries her passion and creative approach to life to the tour planning business.  She has traveled throughout the U.S., Canada, Caribbean and London, where she studied art. Erin loves all things DIY (do-it-yourself) and spends much of her free time on interior design projects and refinishing furniture. She also enjoys playing recreational sports, going to concerts and taking weekend trips to nearby cities.

Melanie ems, Travel Coordinator

Melanie joined the team in 2019 after working for 5 years at an accounting and financial firm. She earned her degree in Hospitality Management from Southeast Missouri State University. After her time there, she worked with a variety of event planners and vendors on weddings and citywide events. When she was given the opportunity to work at an accounting firm, she jumped at the chance to try something new. All the while, her passion for planning and working with people never dwindled. When it was time for a change, she hopped back on the planning train and never looked back. In her free time, she explores different cities with her husband and two dogs, Midge and Guinness. She loves playing indoor and outdoor volleyball, softball and anything that keeps her active. After her honeymoon to Italy, she was inspired to expand her cooking repertoire and looks forward to homemade pasta nights with family and friends.
