I have used Cruises and Tours Worldwide for senior group for trips to New York, Alaska, Ireland, the Caribbean, and Norway.  The trips have been really great with a lot of extra touches that make them more special.  CTW is very easy to work with from the planning and travel shows to the bookkeeping and departure.  They provide great support throughout the whole process.  I had to make a seating change for a member when we came home from Ireland and Mary Ann took care of it all for me as I didn't have good cell coverage.  She also assisted me in helping a customer get her phone back from London after our Norway trip.
